Returns & Refund Policy

At BriteBound Books, every book is a one-of-a-kind copy that we personally inspect and photograph before listing. We want you to buy with confidence, so we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

30-Day Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the item price. To start a return, simply contact us with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will provide return instructions.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned books must arrive in the same condition in which they were sent. Because these are collectible and used books, please pack them carefully — ideally in the same packaging they arrived in. We inspect all returned items upon arrival.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or was significantly not as described — in which case BriteBound Books will cover return shipping and issue a full refund including original shipping.

Refunds

Once your returned book is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. The original item price is refunded in full; original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your book arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will make it right promptly — a replacement is rarely possible with one-of-a-kind books, so we will issue a full refund including shipping.
